1. General & Product Representation The MayLa Creations website and online store, located at maylacreations.com.au (the “Website”), is owned and operated by MayLa Creations (ABN 20 342 678 298) trading as MayLa Creations (“MayLa Creations”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

MayLa Creations makes every reasonable effort to display the products, colors, textures, materials, and details listed for sale as accurately as possible. However, the device or computer monitor you use will affect the colors and details you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true appearance of the product.

While we endeavor to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and current, MayLa Creations does not warrant that such information will always be complete, error-free, or current. If a product supplied by MayLa Creations is materially different from its description, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition in accordance with our Returns Policy.

2. Pricing & Payments By purchasing a product through the Website, you agree to pay the purchase price listed at the time of purchase (the “Purchase Price”). All prices displayed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and delivery method selected.

MayLa Creations reserves the right to amend prices displayed on the Website at any time without prior notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse the sale or cancel the order. If the pricing error is discovered after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Orders & Stock Availability All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by MayLa Creations. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This email does not constitute final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, a listing error has occurred, or unauthorized activity is suspected. Items placed in your shopping bag are not reserved until checkout is completed.

4. Made to Order & Ready to Ship

• Made to Order: Production timeframes are specified at the time of purchase and commence on the first business day following order confirmation. These timelines are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to production requirements or circumstances beyond our control.

• Ready to Ship: Items marked "Ready to Ship" are currently in stock and may be dispatched the same business day when ordered before 3:00pm AEST using Express Post. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory records, we cannot guarantee immediate availability at the exact time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone to advise of the delay or provide alternative choices.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this Website, including but not limited to jewellery designs, product names, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of MayLa Creations and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of this Website or our designs without express written permission.

6. Warranty, Repairs & Consumer Guarantees MayLa Creations jewellery is crafted using fine materials and artisanal techniques. If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us for an assessment. This voluntary warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or unauthorized repairs and alterations.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
